Mamamoon started with a clear vision: helping expecting and new parents prepare for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum through structured, personalised guidance. When we got involved, the concept had already been validated through a clickable Figma MVP with early user feedback.

Challenge

We joined Mamamoon as technical co-founder and took responsibility for all IT and product realisation.

• Refined the product concept together with the founder

• Implemented a personalised, week-by-week guidance flow
• Integrated expert video content and activity-based rewards
• Designed the system so content can be managed independently by the founder
